The romanesco cauliflower, also known as the world's most beautiful vegetable, is quickly fried and slowly cooked in the oven. When the just the right amount of saltiness from the anchovies is combined with the texture of the romanesco, it's just perfect 🤭🤭.

Due to inconsistent yields, we do not offer this dish a la carte, but it is available in farm courses and other dishes! Also, if you contact us in advance via DM on Instagram, we will prepare a special a la carte! 🥬🥬
