Do you know the main production areas of rape blossoms?

Hello!
WE ARE THE FARM Meguro!

Today we will introduce rape blossoms.

Well, did you know that the main production area of rape blossoms is Chiba Prefecture?
It is said that Chiba Prefecture, where our field is located, accounts for 50%.

Until I met rape blossoms at the farm, I thought they were vegetables called "rape blossoms" that were grown and eaten. ((I did not know that there are different types of rape blossoms, such as kale rape blossoms and komatsuna rape blossoms.))

Also, as we introduced last time, rape blossoms are a stem-eating vegetable.

The last time I was in the field, I ate rape blossoms right after harvesting and they were sweet and delicious! I was so sweet and delicious 😌.

The longer it takes after harvesting, the more nutrients are used to make the flowers bloom (and the less flavorful the rape blossoms become), so I am excited to research the cooking time and seasoning every day to make them as tasty as possible!

You can also meet the rape blossoms at the lunch buffet 🥬.

We look forward to serving you 😌😌.
