Introducing the May Dinner Recommendation Menu at Meguro: 💁♀️🥒
Hello! WE ARE THE FARM Meguro!
Here is the menu we are introducing today: 💁♀️
Grilled zucchini
Zucchini starting to come in in early May.
It's getting exciting 🙌!
We grow three main types of zucchini on our farm! (2nd picture)
1) Black Beauty
It is characterized by its fresh taste! As the name suggests, it has a shiny black appearance and a smooth surface! It is also used in the grill shown in the first photo.
(2) White Scallop
Have you ever seen a pure white zucchini? Also known as UFO zucchini, it is a vegetable with a very distinctive appearance 👽.
(iii) Wild Tuscany
The chewier the vegetable, the more you chew it, the more the vegetable flavor oozes out 🤤.
The surface is striped and rugged looking!
I mentioned in my last post that zucchini also has beautiful flowers, and the language of flowers is "faint love" 🫶.
Not much of a flower language from its big, yellow, impactful appearance 😳.
Summer vegetables are coming in one after another!
