Andean Red Potato Fries!
The Andes Red variety of potato introduced here has a red skin, just as the name "red" implies!
In the second image, Andes Red is compared before cooking (left) and after cooking (see right).
When boiled, they turn brown like regular potatoes 😳.
We serve the hunky Andean Reds crispy and deep-fried!
The creamy chili mascarpone sauce is a perfect match for this dish and will surely make your drinks go down a storm!
