Today we are introducing a mushroom gratin!

Brown mushrooms are said to have a particularly strong flavor and aroma. Only one out of every 200 to 300 mushrooms is a "Hotspeller," which is a large individual that grows only once in every 200 to 300 mushrooms. By removing the surrounding individuals and concentrating the nutrients over a long period of time, the flavor and aroma are further concentrated.
This gratin is dedicated to mushroom lovers and uses a whole "Hotsopera". It is a bit pricey, but we are confident that it is made with uncompromising ingredients.

We accept take-out and delivery orders for lunch and dinner in Meguro!
You can enjoy the original flavor of vegetables at home.

Our vegetables are grown on our own farm in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, using "open-air cultivation, no pesticides, and no chemical fertilizers,
We use fresh vegetables harvested that morning.
