Hello! This year, our "Farmer's Kale Hot Pot", which has been the No. 1 most popular dish since our establishment, will begin again.
Organic hot pot with detoxifying effect (promotes digestion, beautiful skin, fat burning, etc...)! The dish is rich in fresh vegetables from native farms as well as kale! Our special soup is a blend of Japanese bonito stock, homemade additive-free miso, and several spices such as cumin and coriander seeds. Please come visit us!
We also accept take-out and delivery orders for lunch and dinner at our Meguro branch! You can enjoy the original flavor of vegetables at home. Please call us in advance to place your takeout or delivery order so that we can deliver your order without any delays. Our vegetables are grown on our own farm in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, using "open field cultivation, no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers," and are freshly harvested that morning.
