Eggplant with Dengaku Miso
Finally, the season has arrived for eggplant to take center stage!
This image shows a variety of eggplant called jade eggplant 🍆.
As the name suggests, it is named for its color, which is like that of a jade stone.
Eggplants are very popular at the store, but there are many varieties of eggplants grown on the farm!
We grow a variety of eggplants such as jade eggplant, alexandra, Nagasaki new long eggplant, and yamashina eggplant!
Each color and shape is different, so even customers who have come to our store several times often say, "This is different from my last eggplant! ✨.
In the second picture you can see the eggplants harvested during the last field day 👀.
