Here is the menu we are introducing today: 💁♀️
Okra with butter and soy sauce
Okra is very popular in the summer, and in fact we offer four main types of okra!
The first is Okinawa Island okra.
It is characterized by its round cross section. The sweetest fresh raw okra I tasted in the field was Okinawan island okra!
The second is Hercier.
It is characterized by its light green color and the more it is chewed, the stickier it becomes.
The third is red okra.
As the name suggests, this vegetable is characterized by its red color!
The fourth is Star of David.
This vegetable is named for its cross-sectional resemblance to the Star of David on the Israeli flag✨.
The same okra can look different, taste different, and be sticky, depending on the variety!
