Suddenly I felt winter!
Good evening!
WE ARE THE FARM Meguro!
This was a field day that started with a downpour! It is not easy to work outside on a rainy day, so we worked inside the plastic greenhouse.
I helped a little with the planting of leafy greens, and then the rain came up, so we went outside...
We observed the taro field from the car and harvested Kuroda Gosun carrots. The carrots, not yet in their prime, were a bit small, but still had the carrot-like carrot smell typical of fixed varieties, and they were great!
Afterwards, we harvested and ate a bit of late-season Senjusuji kyo mizuna. After all, the freshness and flavor of freshly picked leafy greens are the best in the world ✨✨.
Late-bearing Senjyu Kyomizuna, named for its appearance of a thousand stripes, is a vegetable with a long history and is registered as a Kyo-yona vegetable.
This time of year, it can be enjoyed in a hot pot!
Why don't you get warm from the bottom of your heart with our hot pot?
We look forward to serving you!
