Last week was the start of a new lunch,
We were filled with anxiety, but we are truly grateful for the many customers who visited our store.
What we felt when we actually made it ourselves,
We have made some changes to the menu based on the valuable feedback we received from our customers.
At our Meguro restaurant, we have received feedback from customers that they would like to have a more robust meat menu, so we have created a daily lineup of mainly meat dishes.
We have tried to create an image of a precious lunchtime enjoyment where you can eat plenty of vegetables while also getting a good amount of protein.
I am sure there are still areas where I am not up to par, but I would like to improve every day, even if it is one step at a time.

In the fields, the air is finally full of spring.
Temperatures each morning did not drop below freezing,
Although small, this difference of a few degrees Celsius can quickly accelerate the movement of vegetables.
Vegetables that have endured the long, hard winter are starting to move at once,
We were determined to keep up with them.
The bitterness and freshness of rape blossoms awaken the mind and body.
It is easy for our physical condition to be disturbed during the change of seasons,
I'm going to eat a lot of seasonal vegetables to get through this 🥬.
