We grow our own fixed-seed seasonal vegetables with no pesticides or chemicals 🫑🍅.

We are a bit of an unusual group of people who are growing vegetables that the farmers of the world don't and can't do. 🧑‍🌾 lol

Take the vegetables we have now, for example,
It takes quite a few months for bell peppers, for example, to ripen from planting the seedlings to bearing fruit.
In such a situation, we don't use pesticides,
There have been years when the crop was so constantly damaged by insect infestation that it was difficult to produce a good crop, and in the end we could not harvest at all.
To counteract this, we dare to release insects that will be natural enemies of insects that eat insects, and we grow them by trial and error 🫠.

Another example,
We are struggling to make kale available all year round through trial and error.
However, during the hot summer season, they are not healthy and the yield drops dramatically.
I always serve them in piles at lunch, but inevitably this time of year it is not always possible.
I miss leafy greens! I feel like I'm not the only one,
