Last Monday was our regular monthly meeting.
Many of the new staff members have been with us for about three months, and it seems as if they are gradually getting used to the new environment.
Each month we set monthly goals and everyone works hard to achieve them.
This month's goals are
"To increase satisfaction, not versus the customer."
I feel that it is important to think about the customer in areas that are not the customer, such as cleaning before opening, seating cards, etc.
It is a natural thing for a restaurant, but I would like to brush up on it.
We will take advantage of the good rapport among our staff, which is unique to Meguro, and make sure everyone is happy to come to our store this month. ✊🏻
