I am very happy to have had this valuable experience myself.

One of the people I met came from Shimane Prefecture, and I was filled with gratitude.

We are constantly trying to figure out what we can do to bring our vegetables, which are full of our specialties, to you. We are confident that we can provide our customers with a wonderful dining experience and vegetables, but we realize that we still have a long way to go in terms of "getting people to recognize us.

Every day I realize that I am not good enough, but I will continue my trial and error to meet as many customers as possible. ✊🏻
