How are you doing on the middle day of the three-day weekend?
Well, on Monday we had our monthly staff meeting.

Each of us looks back based on the goals we set last month and asks ourselves what we did not do? Each one of us looks back and wonders what we could have done for our customers.

Last month it was "improving awareness of actions taken when you are not versus the customer". It is about how we are doing things for customers when they are not looking, such as cleaning up before opening and seating tags. It is something that is taken for granted in restaurants, but being able to do the obvious is at the root of the hospitality industry, and I believe it is important for me to do the same.

I am personally pleased to see that each of our staff members is becoming more and more specific in their presentations with each passing session. As you may be able to tell from our customers who have visited us, our store is located a little off Meguro-dori, and many people have the impression that it is a hideout. For this reason, we are constantly searching for ways to gain recognition.

As I update my Instagram daily, I realize how happy I am to receive comments and reactions. Maybe I feel like I am being supported without my permission🙊🙊 Thank you again!

We want our customers to recognize us, and when they come to our restaurant, we want them to leave saying, "I'm glad I came here, the food was delicious.
