As a complete aside, I recently underwent a physical(?) I took a test to determine the amount of nutrients I consume per day as part of my physical examination(?). The government has a standard called the "Japanese Dietary Reference Intake," which states the amount of nutrients one should consume in order to avoid lifestyle-related diseases! However, the test results this time showed that my intake far exceeded the standard value! It happened to be the day after I went to work, so I was reminded once again how great the nutrients in fixed vegetables are 🧐🧐.
As the days get colder and colder, let's all eat vegetables to boost our immunity. ✊🏻
