This Monday was our monthly meeting!
We are grateful that all the participants made time to attend this year's event, even though they are busy with school and other daily activities.
What did you do last month and what did you not do? What kind of conversations did we have with our clients? Each of us will look at ourselves and discuss.
The new staff members have been with us for about three months, and they seem to be getting used to the daily operations of the company. I sincerely feel that this is a very good opportunity to reflect on oneself, even though it is only once a month.
As we head into October and November, our days are busy, but how can we give our customers a great experience in the midst of our busy schedule, and how can we help them learn about the appeal of vegetables as much as possible? I have reaffirmed the importance of thinking about this.
After the meeting, the staff who used to work at the crepe shop cooked a bribe for us! I am looking forward to next month's meeting and I will do my best too! 👍🏻✊🏻
