I hope you are enjoying the cold weather we have been having this week.

I've been planning to post 3 times a week on Instagram every day, but I can't help but be amazed at how quickly a week goes by... I thought we started the new year around a month ago, but the next one is already upon us😅😅.

Such a farm is a great big leafy party!
As you can see from our daily buffet video, sparkling leafy greens are waiting for you.

In the midst of such a leafy greens party, I personally believe that nabe is the only choice this time of year. Of course, it's hard to abandon bagna cauda and farm courses that offer a lot of vegetables, but hot pot, reminiscent of yakuzen nabe, goes great with leafy greens! The hot pot is reminiscent of a medicinal hot pot, and the leaves are a perfect match!

The heart and body will be warmed up, and the cheese risotto at the end of the meal will give you a perfect taste of vegetables and every drop of flavor!
Due to the extreme weather conditions, we have been unable to serve kale for a period of time. Therefore, this winter, we are offering refills of the leafy greens for a fee! In other words, you can eat as much as you want! We hope you will fill up on our delicious vegetables! ((I'm so hungry!
