Today I would like to introduce
Matsushima Jun Ni-go Hakusai

It is the original Japanese Hakusai and is also known as Sendai Hakusai. ✊🏻

It is fresh, thick-fleshed, sweet, and can be served raw!
Because of its delicious taste, its prewar production was the largest in Japan. However, they were shunned because they were soft, easily damaged, and vulnerable to pests and diseases, and disappeared from the market🥲.

We have been growing them on our native farm since the first year, but we have had a difficult time with insect infestations that wipe them out every year.

Finally, in our 10th year, we are able to serve our customers in earnest!
