Wagyu Ranchi Steak

Ranchi is the part connected to the sirloin, and is located on the back side of the part called the thigh, and is divided into three main parts: the rump, the ichibo, and the tie. It is the overlapping area of the "rump," which is connected to the sirloin from the waist to the buttocks (hips), and the "ichibo," which is connected to the nakaniku of the soto-mo (thigh)!

Available a la carte or as a main course!

You can enjoy vegetables as well as meat together 🥬.
