Venue: [Native Farm] Field in Iwatomi, Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture
Fee: 5,000 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for children (elementary school students or older than 7 years old), free for preschool children

This is a very popular event every year for the past six years since we started brewing soy sauce!
The soy sauce is made only from Koitozairai soybeans grown in-house, pesticide-free wheat, salt, and water.
The sake is brewed in April of last year, fermented and matured through repeated turning over of the tops and bottles, and then squeezed using a traditional "boat.
This year, we are trying rice soy sauce (gluten-free)! You can taste two kinds of soy sauce.
Lunch is the ultimate TKG (tamago kakegohan), served with freshly squeezed soy sauce and a freshly laid egg!
A souvenir of soy sauce is included.
Due to the large number of applications we receive each year, we will limit the number to the first 40 applicants.
