This baby is a variety of Okinawan pure white bitter melon, which, as the name suggests, is white in color 🌻 pure white and has little bitterness!

Do you know the difference between bitter melon and bitter gourd?
They all refer to the alias of a plant called "tsurureishi", and goya is the name for it in "Okinawa". ((I thought they were different things😥.

Okinawa pure white bitter melon has a higher vitamin C content than conventional bitter melon. ✔️
