We offer several varieties, including Okinawa Island Okra, Tokyo Pentagonal Okra, and Star of David 🌻.

Shimo-okura (island okra) is characterized by its round shape compared to kaku okra (square okra). It is popular for its softness and slight sweetness. While kaku okra tends to harden easily, shima okra does not harden easily even when it grows large. ✔️

The fattest one is "Star of David."
It has a lovely shape that looks like a star when viewed from the side and the fatness of the form is indescribable.

Okra is quickly deep-fried, then grilled on a griddle and finished with butter. ！！！！
