What is a 🔍weed pot?
Kusa-nabe is a hot pot dish featuring a variety of leafy greens that are in season now! In addition to collard kale, which is harvested year-round, you can enjoy Tokyo beka-nai, rias-karashi-nai, late-season senjusuji-kyo mizuna, new black komatsuna, and other shiny leafy greens that have been bathed in the sun! ☀️
The main difference between our hot pot and the ever-popular kale hot pot is the meat and dipping sauce we use! The meat is pork from Yamanishi Ranch, which is based on the concept of "fat you can drink. The meat is tender and refreshing without any peculiarities, just like the concept. 🐖
Three kinds of dipping sauces are available: homemade sesame sauce, homemade spicy sweet vinegar sauce, and homemade oyster black vinegar sauce. Each dipping sauce brings out the sweetness of the shabu-shabu vegetables and pork, and each one has a different flavor.
What an all-you-can-eat leafy greens! You can add any grass (leafy greens) you like 🍴.
