This is Nozaki Early Season Cauliflower, the oldest variety of cauliflower in Japan!

Many people may feel that cauliflower is similar to broccoli when they hear the word ☺️, but did you know that it is a mutated form of broccoli?

I put the family tree of the cauliflower and broccoli family on the second page of the post, please have a look 👀

In fact, cauliflower, broccoli, and even cabbage all have kale as an ancestor 🥬.
So cauliflower is a mutation of broccoli, which evolved from kale buds 🥦.

In that light, the birth of cauliflower is a miracle 🥹.
