We are getting ready for summer 🍉.
Hello! WE ARE THE FARM Meguro.
Here is a report on the staff's field day on 5/10 💁.
This time, we sprouted tomatoes 🍅.
The sprouting is the process of separating the leaves from the stems and picking off the excess shoots. It is particularly difficult to distinguish between the leaf and stem parts, and the staff had a hard time distinguishing between the leaf and stem parts!
Afterwards, we had lunch with the field staff and looked at the fields!
It was amazing to see the carrots we weeded and thinned last month growing so well 😳They look so different from the ones in the field a month ago, I feel summer is slowly approaching 😌.
In the second and subsequent photos, you can see a comparison of the carrot field a month ago and now, and other work that is being done ^ ^ ^.
We are planning to share not only vegetables but also fresh information with you at our Hatake Day dinners, so we are looking forward to seeing you at our restaurant for Hatake Day!
