Chestnut Pumpkin Cream Gratin | Halloween 🎃.

It's starting to look a lot like fall 🍂.
The summer sun has been abundant, and delicious pumpkins have grown up this year.
The native pumpkin, which is made from a variety of pumpkin, tastes like a chestnut.

I made gratin with such pumpkin 🎃.
Baked in a rich cream sauce with mussels, white wine and plenty of cheese 🧀.
