Last week was the start of a new lunch,
We were filled with anxiety, but we are truly grateful for the many customers who visited our store.
What we felt when we actually made it ourselves,
We have made some changes to the menu based on the valuable feedback we received from our customers.
'I'm cooking more, which is good, but I don't feel like I'm eating vegetables as much.'

The staff members worked together to create a lineup that would satisfy your hunger while providing you with plenty of vegetables.
I am sure there are still areas where I am not up to par, but I would like to improve every day, even if it is one step at a time.

In the fields, the air is finally full of spring.
Temperatures each morning did not drop below freezing,
Although small, this difference of a few degrees Celsius can quickly accelerate the movement of vegetables.
Vegetables that have endured the long, hard winter are starting to move at once,
We were determined to keep up with them.
The bitterness and freshness of rape blossoms awaken the mind and body.
It is easy for our physical condition to be disturbed during the change of seasons,
I'm hoping to get through this by eating lots of seasonal vegetables. 🧑🌾
