This week's lunch buffet menu
Hello, the blessed rain has greatly accelerated the movement of vegetables.
We would like to see some sunshine soon, but it is not as natural as we would like it to be.
Continuing from last week, here is the lineup for the Rape Blossom Festival.
Now is the time of year when there is the least variety of vegetables,
We sometimes receive comments from customers that there are not enough varieties.
Each time, I would try to figure out how to do it that way and try it in the field,
To be honest, I have never had very good results.
After all, forcing the environment will not result in a satisfactory quality.
Of course, we always doubt our own lack of skill,
When weighing variety and quality (can you agree on the face of the vegetable?),
My heart is very much in turmoil, but I would still prefer the latter,
I want to compete with myself in my choices, and this desire prevails.
If it's the time of year when all you have is rape blossoms, you'll get to enjoy only rape blossoms,
That is what cooking is for, and I think that is one aspect of the chef's role.
However, even if you are strong, your heart will still be shaken.
I can't wait for the next vegetable.
Cauliflower, spring cabbage, snug peas, and a few more!
I would like to chew on the end while waiting for the beginning.
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
