We will start including refreshing and spicy dishes this week as the summer solstice has passed and the weather is getting hotter!
I will also be making soups cold and other ways to beat the heat!

The mass of "I'm good at this.

In July, we entered our ninth fiscal year as a company.
The company was founded one year before we turned it into a company, so we will be celebrating our 10th year as a restaurant.
I am first of all grateful to have taken on the challenge of being completely new to the agriculture and restaurant industry, and to have been able to continue to do so.
We have met and parted with wonderful customers and friends.
We took a lot of detours, made a lot of mistakes, and were full of imperfections, but no matter how many things happened, in the end, what remains is the feeling we had when we first founded the company.

We want people to eat delicious vegetables and feel "Oh my goodness!

If you can leave something behind in the form of work, that's great.
But food is invisible the moment it is swallowed.
The accumulation of all the work that goes into each vegetable and each dish will never remain in tangible form.
Sometimes I feel as if I am being crushed by its fragility.
But even if it is only for a moment, if the taste of the food fills your heart, I think it is well worth it.

For example, when you are devoted to something, when you meet someone and talk with them,
The results of the work you put in and the way the person you are talking to feels will definitely change depending on whether or not you are feeling fulfilled at that time.
If you feel excited, you will get more done. On the other hand, if you are feeling down, you won't be able to get any work done.
I cannot express it well, but I feel that people's feelings have mass.
I would like to raise the mass of this world in any way I can throughout my life.
So it doesn't matter if it is directly tangible or not, as long as I can make someone happy in my field of expertise, that is all that matters.
And, hopefully, we will also pursue beauty in the process of getting there.

I am still too immature as a person to make that happen,
Still, the road only begins with a single footstep.
So today, I will continue to enjoy and work hard to produce vegetables and deliver them to our customers!
