Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Kale is out of stock and lunch prices have been reduced.
Thank you for your continued patronage.
We regret to inform you that the high temperatures and low rainfall this summer have resulted in a large number of insects, which have severely damaged approximately 4,000 kale plants that were scheduled to be harvested this time of year.
It is with great regret that we are unable to provide most of the kale until the next batch of kale is grown.
Therefore, we will lower the lunch price for the time being.
Old price 2000 yen (2200 yen including tax) → New price 1800 yen (1980 yen including tax)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers,
We will do our best to please our customers with the vegetables we can harvest now.
We hope to deliver healthy kale at the farm as soon as possible,
The staff will make a concerted effort.
(A gradual recovery is expected from mid-October onward.)
Thank you for your understanding.

There has not been a situation like this for vegetables in the past few years.
We have refined our cultivation techniques in no small part so that we can deliver as many varieties as possible even during the off-season.
Why did this happen?
A major factor is certainly the weather.
However, for those of us who choose to grow in the open, no matter how extreme the weather, it is a factor that we cannot proactively change, so we cannot just say, "We couldn't get it because of the weather.
At any given moment, we have to keep moving forward by focusing on 'things we can proactively change,' and that is the only way to move forward.
It can seem very harsh, but what is it really like?
I rather feel that the bind of outdoor cultivation, which allows me to give up once and for all the "unchangeable externals," leads me to my own personal growth.
Of course, there is nothing better than not having a situation like this one. A true professional may be able to use his or her imagination and make improvements before the situation comes to the surface. In that light, I still have a lot of training to do, but for now I would like to face the challenges in front of me squarely.
While I have a mysterious look on my face, I am actually excited inside.
Frankly speaking, I am only looking forward to worrying about how to create what is required.
Compared to the "pain of not being wanted by anyone" no matter how much you make, it is like heaven.
We've had those three years, and now we're on fire.
Please look forward to the delivery of delicious kale and vegetables.
