This cream gratin is made with a western pumpkin called kanri!
This is a limited time menu that will end as soon as the canneries are gone.
It contains a whole 1/8th of a pumpkin and is highly satisfying, with many customers returning for more.
In a recent post, I started to turn to radishes and other vegetables. Try the pumpkin, which is feeling the fall and is getting sweeter and sweeter!
