Today, we will follow with a kale salad!
In a previous post, we introduced a Caesar salad, but we also have a salad with detox dressing.
Detox dressing is a homemade dressing made with seasonal vegetables (Kuroda 5-sun carrots OR Detroit dark red beets), European onions, vinegar and miso!
The colors are beautiful to look at, with pink and yellow and the colors of the base vegetables shining on the green of the kale.
