There are many leafy greens that are delicious this time of year, but the newest addition to our lunch lineup, tzatzai, is a vegetable native to China and a member of the Chinese cabbage and qinggengcai family.
It gets its name from the way it crawls on the ground!
It is stir-fried as a grilled side dish for lunch and is very tasty, so please give it a try!
We use it as a dinner vegetable because it has a strong visual impact and a flavor that can be used in any dish!
