It is called "Chinese Green" and is green in color.
The part of the plant that grows in the soil is white, and when it emerges from the soil, it turns green.
Although green and beautiful, these daikon radishes are also crunchy, and fresh ones can be eaten raw and sliced!
In some stores, daikon is cooked and served with grated daikon, and we think you will enjoy the different texture from other varieties of daikon!
We are still growing numerous daikon radishes with fixed seeds and will introduce them to you when they are available in our stores.
