WE ARE THE FARM's vegetables are grown using the open-field cultivation method, which means that they are fixed-seed vegetables grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Because we do not grow in greenhouses, there are seasons that fit and seasons that do not fit, and we grow vegetables in a space that is more optimal for the vegetables!
We grow several varieties of pumpkin, which is one of the most popular fall flavors, and we have developed a new limited-time menu using one of them, a western pumpkin called kanri! When ordered on a plate, it also comes with a side dish and a bucket!
