Hello.
Today, we would like to introduce you to one of the vegetables that are on the store's menu in November.
Nozaki Early Cauliflower
This variety is said to be the oldest in Japan as it has been grown since 1924, and is an early maturing variety with a wide range of cultivation adaptability best suited to the Japanese climate.
The name cauliflower is said to come from "kale flower," and cauliflower leaves look a lot like kale.
A fixed variety of cauliflower, which is savory and delicious when cooked, grew well again this year!
