What we are aiming for

We created this restaurant with the idea of "everyday life with good vegetables. We serve vegetables grown on our own farm in a buffet style for lunch and izakaya style for dinner.

A special hot pot using fresh vegetables grown on the company's own farm and 60 herbal medicines is available for dinner only. Refills of soup and vegetables are available.

Our vegetables are "open-air grown," meaning that they are grown outdoors. Vegetables grown in a natural environment have a powerful flavor that cannot be found in greenhouse-grown vegetables.

We have prepared a course that allows you to enjoy many of our recommended dishes that take advantage of seasonal ingredients, or to taste seasonal vegetables in our homemade dashi soup that goes well with vegetables. There are two types of courses: one includes only dishes and the other includes an all-you-can-drink package. Please note that this is only available during dinner time.

Freshly picked vegetables grown in the open fields of our own farm are served buffet style at lunch time. The menu changes weekly, so you can enjoy different ingredients and dishes each time you visit. Dinner time is served in the style of an izakaya where you can also enjoy drinks. We offer a variety of a la carte dishes centered around delicious grilled vegetables.

We also offer unusual drinks such as "Kale Beer," which combines kale with orange juice to make it easier to drink and beer, and "Carrot Beer," which combines kale with carrots. We hope you will try them. We also have a variety of other drinks such as highballs, Japanese sake, shochu, and wine. Soft drinks are available at lunch time.

At lunchtime, the restaurant is perfect for families with children or lunch parties with friends.
