This week's vegetable of the week is snap peas! ✨
In order to serve snap peas at their best, we fatten them up to the limit, harvest them just before they lose their flavor, and serve freshly boiled snap peas that were picked that day!
As shown in the third video, we boil the snaps in front of the customer and serve them as they are!
Please come and experience the sweetness of the fat beans, the moisture of the pods, and the crispy texture! 💦😆
