What is the origin of the name "Dodare"?
It is said that "the more the soil drips, the more fruit it produces."
The name is derived from the way the plants seem to sink into the ground as they grow so thickly with baby potatoes and grandchildren 🥔.
It is sticky and does not fall apart easily when boiled or baked,
The earthy aroma and sweetness of the wine is very appealing.
When fried uncooked, the skin becomes more fragrant and crispy on the outside and thick and creamy on the inside. ☺️
The sweetness of the ingredients can be felt well.
At the Akasaka branch, the skin is sprinkled with original spices and served as spicy fries.
